Aerial Footage Shows Building's Roof Collapse Damage

Footage from Sky 5 shows damage and debris from a building’s roof collapse after an explosion at a Water Reclamation plant on Chicago’s South Side. At least 10 people were injured. The collapse was reported around 11 a.m. in the 400 block of East 130th Street.
