Embracing my “fast” is a bit difficult. I’ve come to realize, I’m not fast. I don’t think I ever will be fast and that’s ok.
My fast is different from someone else’s. I need to run my own race. My goal is to finish.
I got in a 14 mile run this week. My legs were pretty stiff the next day, but I felt accomplished. I can’t imagine what it’s going to feel like to run 26.2!
