11 Indiana Counties Declare Disaster Emergency Due to Flooding

Nearly a dozen Indiana counties are being declared disaster areas due to major flooding and many are seeing the water recede in the Northwest area. At least 30 homeowners in Demotte were told to evacuate over the weekend. The Lake Station Mayor is expected to hold a meeting at City Hall Monday at 6 p.m., to give the residents affected some information. NBC 5’s Lisa Chavarria reports.
