1 Dead, 10 Wounded as Police Release Lower Crime Stats

Several shootings in Chicago between Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning left one person dead as of 6 a.m. Those incidents come as Chicago police release new data which says the number of shooting incidents are down so far this year compared to 2013.
