Suburban Chicago Mayors Protest Rauner Cuts

More than a dozen mayors, presidents and administrators on Monday protested the 50 percent reduction to money that cities receive through the Local Government Distributive Fund. NBC Chicago’s Mary Ann Ahern reports.
