Video Catches Speeders Near Crowded Chicago Park

Last week, the Active Transportation Alliance shot video of traffic at the Humboldt Park intersection of West Cortez and Humboldt drives, about 120 feet from “a heavily used soccer field.” Using a radar gun, they clocked vehicles from 2:40 p.m.-2:50 p.m. last Thursday. The video shows several vehicles, including a school bus, traveling over 40 mph.
