Teen Struck By Semi Near Curie HS

An 18-year-old male high school senior was in critical condition Tuesday after being struck by a tractor-trailer near Curie High School. The student, who was crossing the street to get lunch at about 11 a.m., was hit and pinned beneath the truck at the 49th and Archer intersection. He was immediately rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital.
