Officials: “Fake Cops” Robbing People in West Loop

Two men pretend to be police officers or security guards when they approach people walking or sitting in vehicles, according to a community alert from Area Central detectives. The robbers imply or show a gun, and rob the victims. Kim Vatis reports.
