Human Skulls Found in McHenry County

Bull Valley resident Leanne See-Garcia’s 12-year-old son, Tarren, was waiting for the school bus early Tuesday morning when he found the skull near the family’s mailbox at 1500 Cherry Valley Lane. Hours after the discovery, Bull Valley police responded, calling in several nearby agencies, such as the McHenry County Coroner and the sheriff’s offices, to help with the investigation. During a search of the Garcia’s yard, police discovered a second skull near some pine trees at the edge of the property. Both human skulls appear to be very old.
