Advocates Celebrate Fifth Anniversary of Consumer Protection Law

In the world of consumer safety, advocates so often have to talk about lives lost in order to demand change. On Wednesday, however, they were counting the lives saved as they marked the fifth anniversary of a landmark consumer protection bill. Lisa Parker reports.
