On Friday, police increased their search efforts for Pulgar, charged with trafficking cocaine, placing him on the Chicago FBI’s “Most Wanted” webpage, and doubling the reward to $10,000. Blake Horwitz, the attorney representing the boy and his mother, Jessica Loor, wonders why the manhunt for the boy’s father has suddenly been placed back into the spotlight.
