Weekend Web: New App Helps New Renters

Charlie Wojciechowski shows us RentSpek, which is a new free app aimed at helping prospective renters inspect a property before they sign the lease. The app provides a checklist to guide the tenant through an inspection process with appropriate scoring measures provided at the end to help the tenant make their final decision.
