Father Files Suit After Infant Daughter Murdered

A suburban father has barely begun to grieve the loss of his baby girl, but he’s taking action as he filed a wrongful death lawsuit after his baby was allegedly murdered by her own mother. NBC 5’s Patrick Fazio has more.
