John Wayne Gacy Victim Identified

A family whose teenager ran away from home 40 years ago has found closure, after the Cook County Sheriff’s Office identified James Byron Haakenson as a victim of serial killer John Wayne Gacy. NBC 5 Investigates’ Chris Coffey has details after the family spoke out.
