Honor Flight Returns to Chicago

More than 100 Chicago veterans received a warm welcome after a trip to the nation’s capital. 17 World War II vets and 92 Korean War vets returned home to Midway Airport after taking part in an Honor Flight. The program gives free trips to D.C. for veterans so they can visit the monuments erected in their honor.
