Cook County Beverage Tax Suspended by Restraining Order

With less than 12 hours to spare, the Cook County tax on sugary beverages has been temporarily halted by a judge, as a restraining order was put in place to keep it from going into effect. NBC 5’s Charlie Wojciechowski has more details on the decision.
