Gov. Rauner Halts Payment of Video Gambling Profits Until Budget Passed

Gov. Bruce Rauner announced Tuesday that he was halting payment of all profits from video gambling in towns and cities with the machines until a state budget is passed. NBC 5’s Mary Ann Ahern reports.
