Judge Sets Bond for Serial Stowaway at $100K After Two More Arrests

Marilyn Hartman, the 63-year-old known as the “serial stowaway,” was issued a $100,000 bond Sunday after she was arrested two times following her recent release from jail. NBC 5’s Katie Kim reports.
