Burge-Era Prisoner Released Nearly 25 Years Later

A man who says he was tortured by Chicago Police until he confessed to a murder he didn’t commit will be released from prison after spending nearly 25 years behind bars, his attorneys announced Tuesday. NBC 5’s Marion Brooks reports.
