Loved Ones Mourn Construction Worker Killed in Accident

Vicente Santoyo, 47, of Berwyn, was killed Tuesday morning in a construction accident on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway. Now, loved ones mourn the veteran construction worker and family man. NBC 5’s Natalie Martinez has the latest.
