Family of Shooting Victim Reacts to IPRA Video Release

The agency responsible for investigating cases of police misconduct in Chicago has released hundreds of videos, audio recordings and other evidence from more than 100 incidents in the city. Natalie Martinez speaks with the family of one of the men shot and killed by police in April, video of which was made public Friday.
