Police More Likely to Stop, Search Minority Drivers in Chicago Area

In an effort to reduce racial-profiling, taxpayers have paid more than $1.6 million for the state to compile traffic-stop and vehicle-search data from every police department in Illinois. By law, a state board is supposed to meet every year to analyze that data and make recommendations, but NBC5 Investigates discovered the board has rarely even met. Phil Rogers reports.
