The busboy turned administrative assistant for the Cook County Board told a judge today "Its a conspiracy!" as his bond was increased to $200,000.
Tony Cole's arrest for allegedly violating an order of protection, and subsequent firing has caused a volcano-like eruption of rumors at the board and led to the firing of CFO Donna Dunnings.
Cole is not likely to post bond, according to his public defender.
