Teen Paralyzed After Being Shot Outside of House Party

The life of an 18-year-old completely changed from one day to the next. She had recently graduated high school and was planning on attending college until she was shot outside of a house party she attended and was left paralyzed. NBC 5’s Lisa Chavarria reports.
