Sox Reportedly Deal Vazquez to Braves

Talented righty never figured it out in Chicago

Sources at both the Chicago Sun-Times and ESPN are reporting the Chicago White Sox have dealt right-handed pitcher Javier Vazquez to the Braves in exchange for prospects.

According to those reports, Vazquez is flying to Atlanta to take a physical, the trade could be finalized as early as Wednesday.  Reliever Boone Logan is also believed to be heading to the Braves.

Vazquez led the White Sox in 2008 with 200 strikeouts, but never reached the success the White Sox were hoping he would when he arrived in 2006.  Vazquez went 38-36 in his three seasons on the southside.
