Gas Issue Leaves Some Residents Without Heat in Extreme Cold

The best place to be in Chicago’s subzero temperatures is inside and indoors, but for some families that might not be the case. They say heat inside their building is not working, leaving them inside in the cold. NBC Chicago’s Christian Farr reports.
