The Change in Rauner's Campaign Funding

Five years ago, Gov. Bruce Rauner, a wealthy North Shore investor and business man, formed the committee that launched his political career. Citizens for Rauner raised millions, in part because Rauner himself contributed millions. But as he asks voters for a second term as governor, there appears to be a change in how his campaign is funded. Political editor Carol Marin reports.
