Rauner Signs Bill Allowing Medicaid For Abortions

Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner signed legislation Thursday allowing state health insurance and Medicaid coverage for abortions, ending months of speculation after the Republican reversed his stance on the issue last spring. Michelle Relerford reports.
