Parents of Alleged Murder Victims Upset at Illinois' DNA Testing Backlog

A forensic expert says it would take 5 years to clear the state’s DNA backlog. Monday’s hearing was the second in the past few months to try to get to the bottom of the backlog and also discuss solutions. NBC 5’s Regina Waldroup reports.
