Family of Woman Left Paralyzed in O'Hare Accident Files Suit

The family of a young dancer left paralyzed when a shelter at O’Hare Airport blew over on top of her during a storm has filed a lawsuit against the city and Chicago’s Department of Aviation. NBC Chicago’s Phil Rogers reports.
