Eight years ago, a Chicago filmmaker was told his movie was too unrealistic. Now the social issues explored in the film are hot topics and hit NBC ‘Chicago Fire’ drama actor ‘Joe Minoso will star in the new short film. NBC 5’s LeeAnn Trotter has the details.
