Man Charged in Hit-and-Run That Killed Officer

Jason R. Cozmanoff, 42, faces one count of failure to stop after accident resulting in death, a Class C felony, and three counts of failure to stop after accident resulting in serious bodily injury, a Class D felony, after he allegedly crashed his blue 1992 GMC Yukon into four correctional officers jogging on 93rd Avenue near the Lake County Government Complex Tuesday night.
