Officers Plead Not Guilty, Judge Recuses Herself From Case

Three Chicago police officers, including Jason Van Dyke’s partner, appeared in court Monday on charges of obstruction of justice, official misconduct and conspiracy for their role in an alleged cover-up of the fatal shooting of Laquan McDonald. NBC 5’s Charlie Wojciechowski reports.
