Iconic Kissing Statue Coming to Indiana

It’s a statue that’s been on display in New York City, Key West, Florida, and San Diego. Now it’s coming to Crown Point, Indiana. The 25-foot iconic statue recreating the famous embrace between a sailor and a nurse celebrating the end of World War II, will soon come at Crown Point, Indiana. It is said to arrive in May 2018 as part of the city’s annual Public Art Project. The statue will be on display at the Sportsplex until November.
