Kenosha Mother to Appear in Court for Allegedly Murdering 2 Small Children

Two young children were found dead inside a home in southeastern Wisconsin early Saturday morning. The children — 3-year-old Alicia and a 1-year-old Javier — were believed to be killed at the hands of their own mother. NBC 5’s Susan Carlson reports.
