New Report Finds Employees Listed as ‘Do Not Hire' Working With Children at City Schools

Disturbing allegations have been made in a new report from the inspector general’s office claiming employees, many of them teachers, who were declared “not eligible for hire” have somehow ended up hired in Chicago schools. Susan Carlson reports.
