The Community Sustainability Award recognizes individuals who have played a major role in building healthy communities throughout the City of Chicago. Come celebrate the 2013 honorees at 5:30pm on Thursday, October 17th with drinks, appetizers and entertainment by Debra Jackson and the Fire Starters followed by the award presentation at 6:30pm.
