Felon Wearing Body Armor ‘Executed' Chicago Police Cmdr. After Struggle in Thompson Center Stairwell

A repeat felon who “executed” a highly-respected Chicago police commander in a downtown Chicago stairwell was wearing body armor and firing a semi-automatic handgun with a 30-round magazine, officials said while announcing charges against him Wednesay. Natalie Martinez reports.
