Electronic Music Festival Complaints

Right now the Electronic Daisy Carnival at the Joliet Speedway is underway. Families in the area complain the music is too loud, it’s causing the pictures on their walls to fall. Local police say they have not received any complaints so far. The music festival says they will lower the volume by 33% for the rest of the festival.
