Income Property demonstrates how homeowners strapped for cash to pay their mortgages fashion "rental suites" out of their basements, garages and spare rooms. The Unsellables goes house to house helping homeowners stage their properties for sale. The Property Shop follows a dynamo broker as she navigates the topsy-turvy real estate market to make deals and grow her business.
