After Northerly Island Concert Evacuation, Fans Still Struggled for Refunds

Since our report aired several weeks ago, at least eight more viewers have reached out to NBC 5 Responds to say concert promoter Live Nation Entertainment did not offer new tickets or a refund, after saying it would review complaints on a case by case basis. Lisa Parker reports.
