Vehicle Evades Police After Man in Wheelchair Fatally Shot in South Suburbs

A car full of suspects in the shooting death of wheelchair-bound man, who was gunned down Monday in front of his girlfriend and child Monday, evaded police after a high-speed chase, authorities said. Natalie Martinez reports.
