State Attempts to Keep Concealed Carry Permits From Criminals

According to the Illinois State Police, county officials have objected to more than 2,600 concealed carry applications this year because the person is believed to be potentially dangerous, but as NBC 5’s Rob Elgas reports, two-thirds of those applications are still going through.
