CPD Officers Honored For Helping Deliver Baby on CTA Train

At a ceremony Tuesday morning, the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation honored two Chicago police officers who were involved in a lifesaving incident in November–helping deliver a baby on a CTA train. Ash-har Quraishi reports.
