Blackline: A New Urban Bicycle

Charlie Wojciechowski introduces us to two Chicago designers/engineers who have created a heavy duty urban bike called “Blackline” which they have entered in a national design contest and Y The contest features this Chicago creation, plus new bike designs from 4 other cities.
