Another Weekend of Gun Violence as the City Prepares to Crackdown on Guns

Over the weekend eight people were shot, three of them fatal, including two teenagers. The ceaseless violence now has Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle teaming up for tougher gun laws. Emily Florez reports for NBC News at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013.
