Teen Girl Fatally Shot While Answering Door at NW Indiana Home: Family

Chloe Bell was watching movies with her family Wednesday night when someone knocked at the door. The 17-year-old girl went to ask who it was when she was tragically shot and killed as shots rang out, family members said. Emily Florez reports.
