NBC5 Investigates spent the past two months tracking down information on every Chicago-area police pursuit available, searching through news reports, federal crash data, civil suits and police reports. This investigation found that scores of innocent bystanders are injured and killed in these dangerous pursuits. NBC 5’s Phil Rogers reports.
