Official Describes Certification Process for Taxi Drivers Who Drive Kids

Terry Montalbano of the Illinois Secretary of State s office goes through the steps by which a taxi driver would be certified to drive school children in Illinois. He says the rules and regulations are the same for a cab driver as they are for a school bus driver whether the driver transports a child on a daily route or on an occasional basis.
