CTA Train Operator In Crash Identified

CTA union leaders blamed a tough shift schedule, long hours and a failed safety system for Monday’s Blue Line crash at O’Hare, and will be fighting for the train operator to keep her job. Meanwhile, we now know her identity. Phil Rogers reports.
